- Daily scheduling of crew for projects assigned
- Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule
- Ensure and Maintain jobsite & employee safety
- Proficient in doing Layout without assistance
- Assist team with project planning
- Work closely with Pre-construction and Project Manager team to identify and solve problems
- Assist in Coordination and supervision of all construction activities
- Ensure proper signage is posted on the job site, and safety requirements are met
- Maintain Daily sign in sheets, and weekly tailgate meetings.
- Must be able and willing to work weekends if needed.
Requirements:
- Min Five (5) years experience as a Foreman in residential drywall construction
